We will facilitate legal and audit support if a company is audited due to participating in an 831(b) or 1120PC Plan. Our audits plan for improper conduct on an annual basis. If improprieties are detected, participants will be notified and guided back into compliance. Upon a second notice of impropriety, we will, at our discretion, disengage with the client.
